Business license requirements vary by state. Only a few states require you to obtain a business license from your county of operation, and in those cases, we’ll be happy to assist you.
The plan includes assistance with state filing, obtaining your NPI and EIN, securing malpractice insurance, choosing an EHR system, finding a virtual office location, logo design and website creation, setting up business phone, fax, and email, credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and any four commercial payers of your choice, and creating your social media presence. Please note that all state and third-party fees are your responsibility.
The setup process typically takes anywhere from two to twenty weeks, depending on state regulations, the complexity of your requirements, and the timelines of any third-party services involved.
The plan cost does not cover any third party fee or malpractice insurance premiums. These expenses are separate and will be your responsibility.
The initial setup plan covers the basics of establishing your practice. For ongoing support, including credentialing, medical billing, front desk services, practice management, compliance, and marketing to attract more patients, we offer additional services for an extra fee.
